1. Terms & Conditions of Use
This website and any programs, content, products, or services provided herein are owned and operated by Limitlashes™️ by Cosmina Esanu (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or purchasing from our site, you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) agree to the following legally binding Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our content, services, or platform.
2. Age & Access Requirements
Our paid programs and services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Minors may only access free content. Any paid services or classes must be accessed with parental or legal guardian consent and agreement.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our site — including but not limited to videos, course materials, graphics, logos, text, branding, and digital downloads — is the intellectual property of Limitlashes™️ by Cosmina Esanu. You may not republish, reproduce, or share any portion of our materials without written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only of any materials you have purchased or opted into.

5. Payment, Refunds & In-Person Class Terms
DIGITAL COURSES
All digital course purchases are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
After 24 hours, no exceptions will be made, regardless of course completion status.
IN-PERSON CLASSES
Require a $500 deposit to reserve a training date. The deposit grants access to the corresponding online course and is non-refundable.
Once an in-person class begins, the payment is fully non-refundable.
You may reschedule your in-person class at no cost with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
Pricing for in-person classes is locked for 90 days from your scheduled date. Rescheduling beyond 90 days may result in pricing changes.
Any previously purchased online course can be credited toward an in-person class.
If someone else (e.g. a parent or spouse) is paying for your class, they must sign an Authorization Form acknowledging they are funding your training.
6. Privacy Policy
We collect personal data via third-party platforms including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Clickfunnels, Kajabi, Stripe, Shopify, Google Ads & Facebook Ads. Your data may be used to:
Deliver purchased products
Provide updates and customer service
Track website usage and optimize performance
Send promotional offers (only if you opted in)
You may request to view, update, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing cosmy@limitlashes.com.
7. Communications & Content Submissions
Any emails, messages, testimonials, or other content submitted through our website may be used for marketing, testimonials, or product improvements unless you explicitly request otherwise.
8. Disclaimers
All offerings are for educational and informational purposes only. Limitlashes™️ does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. We cannot guarantee results from your participation in our training programs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim any liability for damages resulting from:
Delays or service interruptions
Misapplication of educational content
Third-party platform errors or hacks
User misuse of our products or services
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
10. Chargebacks & Collections
You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us for resolution. If you initiate a chargeback after receiving services, all bonuses and access will be revoked, and we may provide documentation to the payment processor.
Any unpaid balances beyond 14 days will incur a 1.5% daily interest. After 30 days of non-payment, we reserve the right to initiate collections proceedings including attorney fees.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates our Terms, abuses services, or engages in harmful behavior toward our company or community.
12. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Middlesex County, MA.
